At Quasi, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact support@quasi.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Please email us with photos and your order details within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us directly.
